1. Purpose
The website www.lecampusinternational.com ("the Site") is published by Le Campus International. It provides general information to help students prepare to study abroad. Using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Independence – no representation
Le Campus International is a private, independent service. It is not affiliated with, mandated, approved by or a partner of any university, university college, art school, adult-education or private institution, embassy, consulate, administration, ministry or public body, including Campus Belgique, Campus France, the Belgian Immigration Office, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the Flemish Community or ARES. Le Campus International never acts in the name or on behalf of these entities and never presents itself as such.
3. Information only
All information on the Site (programmes, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, residence rules, calendars, self-assessment results…) is provided for information purposes only. It is neither legal advice nor a promise or decision on admission, equivalence, funding, scholarship or visa. Only the competent institutions and authorities decide. Users must always check information with official sources before taking any step.
4. No warranty and limitation of liability
Le Campus International strives to publish accurate, up-to-date information, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. To the extent permitted by law, Le Campus International cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or its information, including refusal of admission, visa, equivalence or scholarship, a missed deadline or financial loss.
5. Third-party names and trademarks
Names, trademarks, logos and designations of the institutions, bodies and programmes mentioned belong exclusively to their owners. They are mentioned for information only and imply no connection, partnership, endorsement or ownership. Le Campus International does not reproduce their logos and links to their websites with simple links.
6. External links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (institutions, administrations, scholarship bodies). Le Campus International has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or data practices.
7. Personal data (GDPR)
Le Campus International processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018. Principles applied: data minimisation, limited purpose (answering the user's request), no resale, no transfer to third parties, no commercial or advertising use. Self-assessment form data stays in the user's browser and is only sent if the user chooses to send it. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection: lecampusinternational@gmail.com. Complaints may be lodged with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
8. Intellectual property of the Site
The texts, structure, design and tools of the Site are protected. Any total or partial reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited. Photos come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Brussels, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
